The commercial brief

Cleaning that fits the building.

Some existing CQD subscription clients may need support with a post-incident issue, a Covid-related concern or another specialist requirement outside the normal daily sequence. CQD coordinates that work as part of the client’s existing monthly arrangement, with the affected areas, access, products and next safe step agreed through the wider service. It is not offered as a standalone or ad hoc booking to non-subscribers.

Scope

For an existing subscription client, the service can cover an agreed affected area, access route, washroom, shared space, office, welfare area or other commercial zone following the account discussion. CQD records the circumstances provided by the client, the areas in scope, access controls, cleaning sequence and any handover requirements. COSHH-compliant products and colour-zone discipline support the work, while the same dedicated two-person team brings continuity where the site and requirement allow. This service does not replace a formal emergency or hazardous-materials response outside the agreed commercial scope.

Commercial fit

Complex situations create pressure for facilities managers, office managers and operations leads because the building still has to function. For existing subscription clients, a calm, documented response helps the responsible person communicate what is being cleaned, which areas are affected and how the work fits the wider monthly service. The requirement is coordinated with the recurring commercial specification rather than treated as an isolated visit. Supervisor oversight, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, CHAS and BICSc support a disciplined operating approach.

Site fit

This work is available only to existing CQD subscription clients as part of their Bronze, Silver or Gold monthly arrangement. Bronze covers daily essentials; Silver adds machine hard-floor cleaning, deeper kitchen and breakroom care and daily touch-point sanitisation; Gold adds daily machine floor cleaning, washroom consumables fulfilment and regular inspection and sign-off. The initial deep clean is included when a new subscription starts. Specialist and complex requirements are coordinated with the wider service and are not offered as a standalone or ad hoc booking to non-subscribers.

Next step

For existing CQD subscription clients, the requirement, affected areas and safe working approach are agreed with the account team before work starts. CQD coordinates the work within the existing monthly service; it is not offered as a standalone booking to non-subscribers.
