How quickly can you start cleaning our premises?
Once we have completed a free site survey and agreed a tailored cleaning plan, we can typically mobilise within 5–7 working days. We carry out a one-off deep clean at the start of every new contract to bring your premises up to our standard before daily cleaning begins.
Do you offer deep cleaning as well as regular daily cleaning?
Yes. In addition to our daily Monday–Friday cleaning subscription, we carry out one-off and periodic deep cleans for offices, schools, retail units, medical practices, and warehouses. Deep cleans cover areas that routine cleaning doesn't reach — carpet extraction, inside appliances, air vents, and more.
What is the difference between your Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans?
All three plans include daily cleaning Monday to Friday. Bronze covers essential daily tasks — vacuuming, mopping, bins, surfaces, and washrooms. Silver adds machine hard floor cleaning, deep kitchen cleaning, and daily touch-point sanitisation. Gold adds daily machine hard floor cleaning and washroom consumables fulfilment. All plans are on a monthly subscription with no long-term contracts.
Can you clean schools and medical premises?
Yes. We have extensive experience cleaning schools, nurseries, GP surgeries, dental practices, and other medical premises across South East England. All staff are DBS checked and reference verified — a requirement for any premises working with children or vulnerable adults. We operate to the hygiene standards required by Ofsted and CQC-regulated environments.
