Operational scoring
How we keep the standard.
Every CQD site is scored against a risk band. Band 1 (medical, dental, nurseries, food prep): 95% target, audited weekly. Band 2 (schools, gyms, restaurants, client receptions): 92%, monthly. Band 3 (offices, retail, business parks): 90%, every two months. Band 4 (warehouses, industrial): 85%, quarterly.
Any fail in safety/compliance is escalated to the Operations Manager the same day.
