Why our prices are what they are
When you look at the cost breakdown above, you can see that the majority of what you pay goes directly into wages, employer taxes, cover teams, training, and equipment — not into profit. We're not the cheapest option in the market, and we don't try to be. We're the option that shows up every day, sends a cover team when someone is off, and never cuts corners on training or products. That's what the price reflects.
A note on cover teams
One of the most common questions we get is: "What happens if my cleaner is off sick?"
The answer is simple: we send a cover team. Always a team of two — trained, uniformed, DBS checked, and briefed on your site. Your premises is never left uncleaned because a regular team member is unavailable.
Maintaining this cover capacity is a real cost — we keep trained staff on standby, pay for their ongoing training and DBS renewals, and absorb the deployment cost when they're called in. This is included in your monthly price. There are no call-out fees or surcharges.
