What's included
Deep carpet cleaning that daily vacuuming can't match
Daily vacuuming removes surface debris, but embedded dirt, allergens, bacteria, and odours build up in carpet fibres over time. Our hot water extraction method injects hot water and cleaning solution deep into the pile, then extracts it along with everything it has loosened — leaving carpets genuinely clean, not just surface-clean.
- Hot water extraction (steam cleaning) — removes embedded dirt and allergens
- Encapsulation cleaning — low-moisture, fast-drying option
- Pre-treatment of stains and high-traffic areas
- Deodorising treatment included as standard
- Upholstery cleaning — chairs, sofas, fabric panels
- Carpet protection treatment (Scotchgard-type) available
- Spot and stain treatment between scheduled cleans
- Post-construction carpet clean-down
Hot water extraction — the professional standard
Hot water extraction (often called steam cleaning) is the method recommended by most carpet manufacturers for commercial carpets. It removes up to 98% of bacteria and allergens, eliminates odours at source, and restores the appearance of worn, high-traffic areas. Drying time: 4–6 hours.
Encapsulation — fast-dry option
For premises that can't afford extended drying time, encapsulation cleaning uses a low-moisture polymer solution that crystallises around dirt particles and is vacuumed away. Dry in under an hour — ideal for retail, hospitality, and healthcare environments.
Scheduled or one-off

Common questions
Carpet cleaning FAQs
What carpet cleaning method do you use for commercial premises?
We use hot water extraction (also called steam cleaning) as our primary method — it removes embedded dirt, allergens, and bacteria that vacuuming leaves behind. For low-moisture situations or carpets that need to dry quickly, we also offer encapsulation cleaning.
How long does commercial carpet cleaning take to dry?
Hot water extraction typically dries within 4–6 hours in a well-ventilated space. We can schedule cleaning outside business hours — evenings or weekends — so carpets are dry before your staff arrive.
How often should commercial carpets be professionally cleaned?
Most commercial premises benefit from a professional carpet clean every 3–6 months alongside daily vacuuming. High-traffic areas such as reception, corridors, and meeting rooms may need more frequent attention. Schools and healthcare premises typically require termly or quarterly cleans.
Can you treat stains and high-traffic wear areas?
Yes. We apply pre-treatment to stains and high-traffic lanes before the main clean. Most stains — including coffee, ink, and food — respond well to professional treatment. We'll advise honestly if a stain is unlikely to be fully removed.
