How often will you clean our office?
Our standard office cleaning service runs Monday to Friday, 5 days a week. We can also arrange early morning or evening cleans to work around your business hours.
Do you clean outside normal business hours?
Yes. Many of our office clients prefer early morning cleans (before 8am) or evening cleans (after 6pm) so the cleaning team is not working around staff. We accommodate both.
Are your office cleaning staff DBS checked?
Yes. All CQD cleaning staff are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked before they start work. This is standard across all our office cleaning contracts.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract for office cleaning?
No. CQD operates on a monthly subscription basis. There are no long-term contracts and no penalty clauses. You can cancel with reasonable notice if you are ever unhappy with the service.
What does a daily office clean include?
A standard daily office clean covers vacuuming and mopping all floors, sanitising desks and surfaces, cleaning washrooms and restocking consumables, cleaning the kitchen and breakroom, emptying all bins, and wiping down glass partitions and internal windows.
